Cambriant was built by an operator to answer a harder AI question.
AI has changed what software can do.
The harder question is what companies should now do differently because of it.
Cambriant exists to help answer that question from the inside of the business out.
Ola Rask

Ola spent years inside growing companies where the real work rarely matched the process document.
Systems accumulated. Workarounds became permanent. Important decisions lived in people’s heads. New software often improved pieces of the work without changing how the company itself operated.
He served as COO of a growing software company through its 2021 exit, building teams and improving how the business ran along the way.
As AI became capable of reading, searching, comparing, drafting, and handling more routine judgment, one question kept getting more important:
If we were building this way of working today, would we build it the same way?
Cambriant grew from that question.
Ola lives in South Florida and serves on the board of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of South Florida.

One operating lead. Technical depth when the work needs it.
Ola leads the work from problem definition through implementation.
When a project requires deeper software, data, security, or systems expertise, Cambriant brings in specialist engineers and technical partners rather than pretending one person can do everything.
If you already have an IT, software, or AI team, we work with them.
You get one operating lead across the business and technical sides of the work.
- Business problem
- Operating lead
- Specialist technical support when needed
Three rules shape the work.
Business before technology
We start with how the company works, not with a tool we want to sell.
People still own outcomes
AI can do work. A person remains accountable for the result.
Build for independence
The goal is a better-running business, not dependence on Cambriant.
Built in South Florida.
Ola also runs South Florida AI, a local community, newsletter, and interview series connecting owners, operators, and technical leaders across the region.
It keeps Cambriant close to what companies are actually trying, what is working, and where the gap between AI hype and business reality still exists.
